For members who enjoy exercising in a group but still want a high level of personal attention, our Body Challenge Program may be just the answer for you.

The Body Challenge is a 12-week program guided by certified personal trainers. Members work in small groups of four to eight, meeting with a trainer twice a week for a one-hour workout session. You are encouraged to add your own individual exercise – or arrange a workout with a member of your group – to supplement the Body Challenge sessions. Over the 12 weeks, you’ll make great friends, learn new exercises, challenge yourself to attain new goals, and make regular exercise an important part of your life – all while enjoying the support of your fellow Y members. Sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year and are open to members only.

Body Challenge is for members age 18 and older.
Location: Pullum Branch
Cost: $100/mo (payable monthly) 3 month commitment
