Wellness Wednesdays

The Bear Levin Studer Family YMCA has teamed up for Baptist Health Care to offer Wellness Wednesday Healthy Cooking Demos.  Kicking off at 12:00PM and 6:00PM on the first Wednesday of each month, one of the Baptist Health Coaches makes a healthy recipe and provides attendees step-by-step instructions.  Sessions will feature all the tricks and tips for making eating healthy, delicious, fast and cost-effective recipes.  

Baptist doctors, nurses and nutrition experts will be on hand to answer questions about health and how to take care of yourself.  All recipes will meet our standards for being the quality fit for an Olympic athlete, but will also save you money at the grocery store.  Best of all, no professional cooking skills or tools are required!  All demonstrations will focus on real world, practical, anyone-can-do-this and make-it-look-easy meals and snacks.
