Looking for a fun and motivating way to stay active this summer? The Body Challenge at the Betty J. Pullum Family YMCA might be just what you need! You choose your trainer and the days they offer sessions—and you’re set. It’s a great way to get connected with other like-minded health seekers.

Starting in June, this 90-day small group training program has you work with a certified personal trainer and a group of 4 to 8 fellow Y members. You’ll meet twice a week, working together toward your individual fitness goals in a supportive environment.

You’ll be guided by one of our outstanding personal trainers—Anastasia, Kristen, or DJ—each one ready to help you begin or elevate your fitness journey with motivation, knowledge, and encouragement.
