Our Gulf Breeze location is officially back open. We are so excited for this new space and all the great opportunities. We've got some awesome new equipment for our classes included: dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, bands, and steps!

We have some new classes & instructors on our group fitness schedule!

  • Step with Yuri
  • Kettlebell 30 with Kristen
