This is a great time to raise awareness and reduce any negative stigma around how our mental health can affect ourselves and those around us.

Our emotional health is another aspect of our overall wellbeing, and it is important to prioritize to allow us to be our best self.

Our emotional wellbeing refers to our ability to:

  • manage our emotions
  • cope with challenges
  • recognize, experience, and manage our thoughts and feelings
  • build resilience
  • be self-aware

Below are some ways to build up our emotional wellbeing to be our best self:

  • Spend time with Loved Ones
  • Enjoy the Outdoors
  • Manage our Stress
  • Spend time Reflecting on Successes and Challenges
  • Stay Active
