Staff Spotlight - Meet Jackson

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Jackson Williams, a valued member of our Engagement Team at the YMCA. Jackson plays a key role in helping our members with account needs and answering questions about the facility. His friendly personality and problem-solving skills make him a go-to teammate for both staff and members..

When asked about his favorite part of the job, Jackson didn’t hesitate: “Definitely working with my colleagues—it’s such a great team.”

Jackson’s favorite YMCA memory is helping out with the Corporate Cup in 2024—his second year being part of the event. He shared that it’s always rewarding to see the community come together in the spirit of teamwork and fun.

And of course, we couldn’t leave out his most unforgettable moment: beating his supervisor, Trenten, in basketball during our ARC Gateway event! Needless to say, Jackson is still proud of that victory.

We’re grateful for Jackson’s hard work and dedication—he brings a lot of energy, positivity, and heart to our Y family!
