Rob's impact can be summed up in three words: detail-oriented, highly skilled, and consistently reliable. From leading projects like the Andrews Institute and shower renovations to supporting the Gulf Breeze facility updates, Rob has been at the heart of some of our most meaningful upgrades.

But there’s more to Rob than just tools and blueprints — did you know he once golfed at the legendary St. Andrews course in Scotland and shot an 81? (That’s just 9 strokes over par — a seriously impressive round on one of the most iconic courses in the world.)

Rob’s leadership is inclusive, positive, and encouraging, and his approach lifts up the entire team. He doesn’t just fix problems — he frees up others to focus on their roles by quietly handling what needs to be done behind the scenes.
