Staff Spotlight - Meet William

William Terrell is back for his second summer with us at the Pullum YMCA pool! He’s from Huntington Beach, California, and works as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and swim team coach.

His favorite part of the job is teaching swim lessons to kids and helping them feel confident in the water. If he could be any animal, he’d choose a monkey because he thinks it’s cool how they can climb and use all four limbs like hands.

William says his main goal at the YMCA is to keep everyone safe. He’s always ready to help with a smile. Be sure to stop by and say hello this season!
