Join one of our instructors as they guide you to use yoga as a therapeutic antidote to stress: slowing down, doing less, and open to receiving. The practice of  yoga allows the release of mental, physical and emotional exhaustion, tension and patterning, thus building resilience on all levels. Gently stretch the body in active postures and restorative poses. We have all the equipment and props needed to practice, or you can bring your own.
