Dance it out!

Dancing can have many benefits to our physical and mental health. Whether you're dancing by yourself, or with a group, it's a great form of exercise. 

With some good tunes, dancing is a fun way to get moving. There are many benefits to dancing:

Cardiovascular health
Dancing is a form of aerobic exercise- it gets your heart rate pumping and blood flow throughout your body. 

Balance and Agility
Since dancing is dynamic, and there are so many different movements, its a great way to improve your balance.

Positive energy
Exercise helps to decrease stress and improve your mood.   

Build community
Dancing with a group is a fun way to enjoy the music and movement together, and learn with new people.

Gulf Breeze Y:

  • SHiNE Dance on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:15 am
  • Zumba on Saturdays at 9:15 am Y

  • Zumba on Wednesdays at 9:30 am 6 pm
