Summer may be a break for the kids, but we know that so many of our readers spend the season on-the-go. If your schedule is packed with things you can’t miss, then a convenient solution to stay active is just what you need. Does a personal home studio right off the lobby sound like the solution you need between your errands? Or how about on-demand classes that travel with you?

These perks aren’t merely hypothetical – they’re already accessible with your membership.

First, our studio spaces are exactly where you need them to be when you’re pressed for time. Each houses a variety of equipment and the floor space to make the most of it. If you’re looking for something new to do, then check out the classes you can stream for a robust experience with the guidance of an instructor. These classes come from Peloton and Lululemon, so you know they’ll be top-notch.

Three studio spaces are open at the Community YMCA at Gulf Breeze, and one is open at the Bear Levin Studer Family YMCA, with two more being added in the ongoing renovations upstairs.

YMCA360 is a great companion for our studio spaces, as well as anywhere you might be. These on-demand streaming programs are created just for Y members, and you’ll only find them on the YMCA360 website and apps. If you haven’t checked the app in a while, there will be a new surprise waiting for you, especially if you enjoy Les Mills workouts, which are now right at your fingertips. YMCA360 organizes content in six channels for different interest alongside a curated home page.

Let YMCA360 help you keep active even when you’re not around the Y, whether you’re at home or traveling. And if you happen to be traveling with little ones, perhaps a bilingual reading of a Bluey book from the Kids and Family channel can offer a few minutes of calm during the drive. Make the most of the variety to make your day a little easier, and a little more gratifying.
