What's your favorite thing about the Y?
The classes, equipment, and the community!

What are your favorite classes?
Spin Class, Yoga, and Barre.

What is your favorite way to workout?
The machines on the wellness floor.

How long have you been a member of the Y?
Over seven years.

If you could only eat only meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pizza, but not the crust.

What is your favorite kind of music?
Country.

How do you like the new Flex Space?
Excellent! I love the new space.

What made you choose the YMCA?
My friends told me to try it out and I loved it!
